This policy applies to paid program bookings, including recurring outdoor sessions and reserved group participation windows.
If cancellation is submitted at least 48 hours before cycle start, participants may choose either a refund or full credit transfer.
Requests made within 48 hours of cycle start may qualify for partial credit based on reserved capacity and operational scheduling.
One schedule change per cycle is available, subject to space and route planning constraints.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7-14 business days, subject to payment provider processing times.
Fee terms, eligibility criteria, and review conditions are shared in writing during booking confirmation.
If you disagree with a return decision, you may request a written review by contacting our support team within 14 days of decision notice.
